SHIPPING AND RETURNS
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
• Delivery within Lagos, Nigeria: 1-2 Working Days
• Delivery outside Lagos but within Nigeria: 3-5 Working Days
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
• We ship worldwide via DHL. Timeframe for delivery is 5-7 working days.
RETURNS
9ty9ine accepts returns on all items ordered provided the following conditions are met:
• Return is done within 48 hours of receipt of the item for orders placed within Lagos.
• Item(s) must be returned within 5 working days for orders placed outside Lagos but within Nigeria.
• Item(s) must be returned within 10 working days for orders shipped outside Nigeria.
• Items returned must be in original condition, unworn, untampered, with labels and tags intact upon return.
• We DO NOT accept returns in cases where alterations have been made to suit customers’ needs.
Additional shipping fees resulting from returns or exchanges will be covered by either 9ty9ine or the buyer, depending on the specific case.
REFUND
Refunds are issued only if the conditions for returns are met.
Refunds will be processed minus the cost of shipping via the same payment gateway used for the original payment (e.g., Paystack, Flutterwave). Items purchased on sale do not qualify for a refund.
SALES
Items purchased on sale do not qualify for a refund, only for an exchange.
Exchanges for sale items will only be considered if:
• The item received is defective.
• There is a mix-up in the order.
